In this workshop, we will be exploring using bodywork during the Shamanic Breathwork process to support participants in moving energy in their bodies. We will also be learning about how to process the art mandalas done after Shamanic Breathwork.
This workshop is designed for Apprentices, those interested in Apprenticing, and those who would like a refresher course.
