One-Day Shamanic Breathwork

Facilitated by Master Apprentice & Shamanic Breathwork Facilitator Lynsey Dunham along with Master Facilitator Ruth Souther.

This half-day workshop will be using shamanic Breathwork along with learning more about the elemental world as a catalyst to getting closer to recognizing the signs from the universe and that no matter what, you are supported on this spiral path of life.

Shamanic Breathwork is a fast-track way of peeling back to layers and unearthing the gold that lies within. The power of the breath along with theatrical chakra-attuned music allows you to shed your ego and enter a different state of consciousness giving you insight and alternative perspectives to life’s mysteries.

These half-day workshops will be held at the Healing Arts Center’s Studio
(4211 Westgate Drive, Springfield, IL 62704).
