Shamanic Breathwork: Solar Eclipse

This experiential workshop corresponds with the energies of the Solar Eclipse which will be acute here in Illinois on April 8th. We will be in the window of this portal of amazing energies to consciously work with what is coming up in our lives to be eclipsed.

"On April 8, 2024, a total solar eclipse will cross North America, passing over Mexico, the United States, and Canada. A total solar eclipse happens when the Moon passes between the Sun and Earth, completely blocking the face of the Sun. The sky will darken as if it were dawn or dusk".

This Solar Eclipse midpoint crosses exactly in the USA in Southern Illinois.

A powerful portal of energy exchange; one that we would be amiss

not to connect with as this won't happen again in North America

until August 23, 2044.

Spiritually, an eclipse represents a time of deep introspection and transformation. In many cultures, it is seen as an opportunity for personal growth as it is when the flow of energy is interrupted at the moment the sun is eclipsed by the moon. It gives us pause to reflect on our lives release what no longer serves us and call forth that which we are ready to step into.

This event is experiential in nature and will be utilizing Shamanic breathwork, teachings, ceremony, art, and group processes.

Shamanic Breathwork is a tool that supports us in accessing a greater truth of our own soul's knowing, connecting us to the Shaman or Healer Within.
