Shamanic Breathwork: Dia de los Muertos
Come breathe with the Ancestors! As we get close to Samhain (October 31st) and the Day of the Dead (November 1-2). On this day it is said, the veils between the worlds are thinner, so we can more easily communicate to heal and celebrate our lineage.
The Day of the Dead known in Mexico as Dia de los Muertos is a beautiful day of healing and celebration that offers a unique approach to coping with grief, guilt, and forgiveness. Families welcome back the souls of their deceased relatives for a brief reunion with food, drink, and celebration.
This day will be one of just this...connecting with our ancestors for healing and celebration with teachings, ritual, and Shamanic Breathwork.
Master Facilitators are Carley Mattimore, John Malan, and Ruth Souther.
Shamanic Breathwork is a tool that supports us in accessing a greater truth of our own soul's knowing, connecting us to the Shaman or Healer Within.
