Cycles of Change SHIP: Water Initiation

SHIP is a powerful process to support us in reclaiming our authentic selves and finding joy, meaning and purpose in our life.

In this workshop we will work on understanding how we move through change in a spiral path, moving through the cycles of the elements.

This is the first in the series of 5 workshops designed to take you through a transformational process of healing and discovery of your authentic self.

It is powerful, life changing and fun!

This workshop is experiential and will use teachings, guided meditation, drumming, Shamanic Breathwork, art and group process and is co-facilitated with Carley Mattimore, John Malan, Co-founders of Aahara Spiritual Community of Venus Rising, and Ruth Souther, Lead Trainer with Aahara Spiritual Community of Venus Rising.
